    We are pleased to announce the Beta launch for !

    What's ?

    Our objective is to make it possible for you to build sophisticated Web and mobile applications without having to also build out all the typical server-side infrastructure to support them.

    We've set out to provide you with the best server-side support you could ask for: fast, RESTful, scalable, and secure. That way you can focus on building something great - something no one's ever done before.

    We Want To Hear From You

    The Messages service is our first API, and the API itself is, again, still in Beta. So .. what that means is we want to hear from you!

    We're working on ways to make that easier, but for now we have the old standbys, email and IRC. On email, you can reach either Dan or Jason. On IRC, we're spire on freenode. And, of course, Twitter.

    Getting Started

    For starters, we have a JQuery-based sample chat app that uses our convenient wrapper library. You can learn about the underlying REST interface and we'd love for you to kick the tires.

    We'll be posting more soon - more libraries, more APIs, and more information about spire.io and the advantages of using it. For now, we're just excited to be able to share our work with the developer community and learn more about what works and what doesn't.
